How can I tell if my ticket is available at will call, or if it has been mailed to me?

Check your emailed receipt; if there is a line item for "Tickets By Standard Mail," then your tickets are mailed to the shipping address that was entered during the purchase within three days of the completed purchase.
If you opted to print your tickets at home, you will see a box indicating that your tickets are attached to the emailed receipt, or they can be downloaded by clicking the DOWNLOAD button.
If you do not have an attached ticket, or the option to download your ticket, then electronic tickets were not offered for the event, and you will be able to check in at will call with a valid photo ID and the confirmation code from your receipt.
