How do I re-send a receipt?

To re-send the receipt for a purchase made using Prekindle, you must log into your Prekindle account. If you do not have an active account, you can Create a Prekindle account.


1) When logged into your Prekindle account, click the Dashboard tab. You will see the events to which you have tickets under the YOUR EVENTS heading.

2) Click on the event with tickets that you would like to edit. This will open information about the event. Click on the YOUR TICKETS tab. This will show you how many tickets and what type of tickets (i.e. General Admission, VIP) you have for the event.

3) Click on the RE-SEND button to have a receipt sent to the email address that is used when you log into your Prekindle account. If you do not see the receipt right away, try checking your spam folder.
