My printed ticket never arrived in the mail. Will I be able to get into the event?

Orders for mailed tickets are sent within three days of the purchase. If you have not received your mailed ticket within a reasonable time, please contact our support team to explore other options. (support@prekindle.com or 1-888-454-4353) In many cases, you can check in at will call with a photo ID.


Please keep in mind that once physical tickets are mailed, they cannot be replaced, so keep them safe until the event.
